Frequently asked questions

How the levels differ, how courses and exams relate, and what a certificate does and does not represent.

What does SCCP stand for?

SCCP stands for Supply Chain Certified Professional. It is the Academy's progressive three-level curriculum and assessment framework.

How do the Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert levels differ?

Beginner covers end-to-end supply chain structure, functions, flows, and performance measures. Intermediate covers demand management, S&OP, master scheduling, MRP, capacity, purchasing, inventory, and production control. Expert covers strategy, inventory, distribution, logistics, quality, ERP and data, analytics, optimization, and continuous improvement.

What is included in each course?

Each course contains modules and lessons with structured reading, visual explanation, applied activities, a practice quiz after every lesson, and a lesson recap. The course page for each level lists the exact module, lesson, and quiz counts.

Are courses and exams separate?

Yes. A course and its level exam are separate products with separate access rules, separate eligibility, and separate outcomes.

Does course completion provide exam access?

No. Course access or course completion does not grant exam access. Exam access is authorized separately.

How is the certificate earned?

The SCCP Academy Examination Certificate is earned by passing the level examination. The course prepares you for it, and the examination itself awards the credential, as described in the Certificate Policy.

What is a System Lab?

A System Lab is a guided operational simulation. Learners review records, complete planning or logistics tasks, resolve exceptions, and interpret the operational result using fictional business data.

What is a Decision Intelligence Studio?

A Decision Intelligence Studio is an Expert-course activity. Learners examine data quality, compare scenarios, review analytical or optimization outputs, assess trade-offs, and record a professional decision. Each Studio names the method it uses and leaves the final decision with the learner.

How is course progress saved?

Lesson, activity, and quiz progress is saved to the learner account as work is completed. Returning to a course reopens the last lesson reached.

How do the level exams work?

Each level exam is a separate timed assessment assembled from the level blueprint. The Exams page lists the question count, time limit, pass mark, and attempt limit for each level.

What is required before the Expert exam?

Genuine completion of the Expert course and separate exam authorization are both required before an Expert exam attempt can start.

What certificate can be issued after an exam?

A qualifying level exam result may issue a certificate carrying a certificate number and secure verification details. Certificate types, their status, and current issuance rules are defined in the Certificate Policy.

How can a certificate be verified?

Verification requires the secure verification link or full verification code held by the certificate holder. Opening those details shows a limited set of allowlisted fields.

Is there a public certificate directory?

No. There is no public directory, and certificate records cannot be searched by holder name, email address, or issue date.

When are prices displayed?

Prices are not published on discovery pages. Details are shown before purchase when an eligible offer is available.

Are bundles available?

Bundle offers are not currently available. Details are shown before purchase when an eligible offer is available.

How do promo codes work?
