SCCP · SUPPLY CHAIN CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL
SCCP is a three-level learning and assessment programme covering supply chain foundations, planning and production control, logistics, quality, data, analytics, optimization, and continuous improvement. Courses combine structured instruction, applied activities, and realistic simulations.
The programme
SCCP stands for Supply Chain Certified Professional. It is the Academy's progressive three-level curriculum and assessment framework. The programme develops knowledge from end-to-end supply chain foundations through operational planning and advanced decision-making.
Learners build the ability to understand supply chain flows, interpret planning and operational data, evaluate constraints and trade-offs, and develop structured recommendations across inventory, logistics, quality, technology, analytics, and improvement.
Capability
Each level builds a defined set of professional capabilities that are practised inside the course activities and measured by the level exam.
Understand how demand, supply, inventory, production, logistics, quality, and data interact across the supply chain.
Interpret plans, requirements, capacity, inventory positions, service levels, and operational exceptions.
Work with supply chain measures, formulas, scenarios, and trade-offs.
Interpret realistic planning, logistics, quality, and data workflows through guided System Labs.
Use analytical and optimization outputs as evidence, assess their limitations, and make accountable professional decisions.
Diagnose performance issues, prioritize interventions, and define structured improvement actions.
Curriculum
Each level has a separate curriculum and assessment blueprint. The courses build progressively from foundational understanding to operational planning and advanced supply chain decision-making.
Develop an end-to-end understanding of supply chain functions, flows, terminology, and core operating decisions.
Key areas include planning, sourcing, operations, logistics, inventory, customer demand, and performance measures.
Structured reading, worked examples, guided activities, and a practice quiz after every lesson.
Develop operational planning capability across demand management, S&OP, master scheduling, MRP, capacity, purchasing, inventory, and production control.
Key areas include forecasting, aggregate planning, product structures, supplier planning, and detailed scheduling.
Applied activities and System Labs focus on measurements, constraints, exceptions, and operational decisions.
Evaluate supply chain strategy, inventory, distribution, logistics, quality, ERP and data, analytics, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Key areas include inventory policy, replenishment and distribution, warehousing and transport, process control, and technology decisions.
Advanced activities, System Labs, Decision Intelligence Studios, and an integrated capstone require learners to compare alternatives and defend professional decisions.
Learning model
Each course combines structured reading, visual explanation, applied activities, practice quizzes, and lesson recaps. Selected Intermediate and Expert lessons include System Labs. Expert lessons also include Decision Intelligence Studios for data-supported scenario analysis, optimization, and professional decision-making.
Lessons present concepts, terminology, worked examples, and the operational context in which each decision is made.
Guided activities ask learners to work through calculations, scenarios, and process decisions using fictional business data.
A practice quiz follows every lesson, and each module closes with a recap of the decisions the lesson covered.
Applied practice
System Labs are guided operational simulations. Learners review records, complete planning or logistics tasks, resolve exceptions, and interpret the operational result using fictional business data.
Decision Intelligence Studios are included in the Expert course. Learners examine data quality, compare scenarios, review analytical or optimization outputs, assess trade-offs, and make a documented professional decision.
Each Studio identifies the method being used and keeps the final decision with the learner.
Programme structure
Courses support learning, practice, and application. Level exams are separate timed assessments with their own eligibility, access, attempt, and certificate rules.
Course access or course completion does not automatically grant exam access.

A certificate can only follow a qualifying level exam result. Verification requires the certificate's secure verification details, which the holder chooses to share.
The Academy does not provide a public certificate directory, and records cannot be searched by name, email, or issue date.
